Recruitment Touchstone


The guards are recruited keeping in mind their personality and profile as desired by the client. Our essential recruitment touchstone is -
  • The security personnel will be well built individual, well educated with a robust & commanding personality, tactful and at the same time firm & courageous.
  • We employ Ex-Defence Serviceman, Ex-police & Para-Military persons by preference. Our guards would be at least 10th std. Pass, above 21 years age & above 5.6" tall.
  • They must be physically robust & mentally fit. They must be able to read & write Hindi and English language & should have good IQ.
  • The profiles of all prospective candidates are subjected to police verification mandatorily.
  • We arrange Recruitment Camps in different parts of India with permission of Police & Administration authority of that region to select candidates who possess above mentioned qualities.
